Who's managing the new band?

*Sherry Kondor from the Sugar Beats is Ginger McCartney's partner in managing and producing Jesse. 

Whats the Company Name?

They named there new company "JumpAhead Productions."

Who is in the band?

*Dillon Kondor (16) and Jesse have put together a band of great young musicians. Dillon leads the band on guitar, Katie Spencer (17), also a former member of Sugar Beats plays keyboards, Alex "Pip" Russek (17) plays drums, and Pete Chemas (17) on bass.

Is this band related to Sugar Beats?

*This band has NO RELATION to Sugar Beats. So far, the band doesn't have a name. They're Jesse's backup band. 

Whats the Style of there Music?

I call it "pop" but that word means different things to different people. It's not quite as "rock n roll" as what Greg did at the WBLI concert. It's a little "older" than Radio Disney's usual stuff, but I'm sure they'll play it because they're big supporters of DS members.

Is Jesse Playing an Instrument?

*Jesse is not playing an instrument. His voice is his instrument and it sounds great! He'll probably have background singers, too.

Whats going to happen with the "Matt, Frankie, and Jesse thing?"

For the time being, the Jesse, Matt & Frankie thing is not gonna happen. So sorry to the Matt & Frankie fans :-( 

Whens the New CD coming out?

*I don't the exact release date of the CD. Mid-summer?
 

Is Jesse gonna tour?

I can't say where he'll be touring.*There shooting for a tour this summer. They haven't got anything booked yet, but face it, Jesse and the musicians go to school and they don't want to drop out. You've been holding on for along time, I know.  There working it out...

Describe Jesse's Music!

*Describing music is difficult!Its not as "young" as the stuff that Jesse, Matt and Frankie did at BLI concert. That's original DS's style, and while we all love original DS, Jesse's gotten older and wants a more mature sound. It's got an R&B flavor because Jesse sings soulfully, but it's not urban R&B. All the songs are different, some songs are more rock flavored, and some are more R&B flavored. It would be put somewhere between Justin Timberlake and Nick Carter, but it's not an imitation of anyone.

 Where would Jesse and his band start out performing?

I still don't know where or when they will start performing. These aren't rehearsals for a specific gig. They are band practices for possible gigs. And we're just trying to finish an album first. I will make sure that when anything is officially booked, it will be posted here.
As some of you may know, Jesse is shooting a pilot now. We can't book anything until we know what will happen with this pilot.

Do they have a name for the band yet?

Band name: They haven't named the band because they are Jesse's backup band for gigs -- y' know, his sidemen (and girl). Maybe a name will grow in time. But nothing "official", at least for now.

Did Jesse write any of the songs on his album?

so far Jesse hasn't written anything because he's been presented with some awesome songs that he loves by some great songwriters AND he's so dang busy with acting and recording and rehearsing and school...the boy's got no downtime. I think he would write if he wasn't so in demand.

Sherry writes back: And okay, Jesse's eyebrows ARE a bit bushy but he's just too manly to wax or tweeze. I actually asked him if he would. Negative on that.
